It was not until I saw the numbers that I realised how bad things were: Weight 125.8kg. BMI 41.5. I sat and cried not realising how bad things had got and I set the goal to lose 6 stone in 18 months.

6 months later I am over a third of the way towards hitting my goal: Weight 111.6kg. BMI 37.2. Having the support of Elise has been absolutely truly amazing. Without her, I wouldn't be where I am today.

Hi, I’m Elise!

When my children started school, I knew I wanted something more than sitting around waiting for them to come home. After 8 years of being a stay-at-home mum I had lost myself a little, didn't know who I was and hadn’t used my languages enough to go back to translating. After finding myself again through health and fitness, I knew that was the next step for me!

I love to help people become the best version of themselves naturally and with my shining smile, positive outlook on life and belief that with the right support and guidance everyone can achieve their goal, I know I can help you become your best self!

I have a wide theoretical knowledge of various aspects of exercise and nutrition. I have worked closely with sedentary individuals to help them on their weight-loss journey (supporting them with a two-pronged approach of exercise and nutrition), worked with ladies throughout their pregnancy, as well as those wanting to improve their strength or cardiovascular ability.
